NULGE President Congratulates Comrade Ayobami Oyetunde on Appointment as Executive Secretary

The President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Dr. Nathaniel Ogungbangbe, has congratulated Comrade Ayobami Oyewumi Oyetunde on his appointment as the Executive Secretary of the Osun State Bureau for People with Disabilities.

Dr. Nathaniel Ogungbangbe described Comrade Oyetunde, who previously served as the Director of Administration and General Services, as dedicated, competent, and commitment Civil servant to public service.

He said was recognized for his exceptional leadership and administrative acumen, whose contributions to the governance structure of Osun State have been widely acknowledged, positioning him as a key figure in promoting social welfare and inclusive policies for persons with disabilities.

“The appointment, which takes effect from January 2, 2025, is a well-deserved recognition of his years of dedication and selfless service. I am certain that Comrade Oyetunde will bring his wealth of experience and commitment to ensuring that the Bureau effectively caters to the needs of persons with disabilities in Osun State,” he stated.

The NULGE President also extended appreciation to Governor Ademola Adeleke, for appointing a capable and experienced individual to this vital position.

Ogungbangbe noted that Governor Adeleke’s administration has been widely commended for its inclusive governance approach, ensuring that marginalized communities receive adequate representation and support.

He stressed that Governor Adeleke’s leadership has been marked by policies aimed at fostering a more inclusive society, with a strong commitment to addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable groups, particularly persons with disabilities.
