A member of the Osun State House of Assembly representing Ifelodun State Constituency, Honourable Tajudeen Akinlolu Adeyemi, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, calling for unity, peace, and sustained support for one another.

‎In a statement released to mark the end of the Ramadan fast, Honourable Adeyemi congratulated Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, Muslims in Ifelodun Constituency, Osun State, and across Nigeria for successfully completing the holy month, which he described as a period of deep spiritual reflection, sacrifice, and devotion.

‎The lawmaker commended the discipline and commitment demonstrated by adherents of Islam during Ramadan, noting that the period embodies important virtues such as patience, humility, compassion, and generosity.

‎“As we celebrate, I urge us all to uphold the values of peace, unity, and love which Islam teaches,” he said, encouraging citizens to continue extending kindness to the less privileged and working collectively for community development.

‎”As we are preparing for the governorship election on the 15th of August, I urge you all the people of Osun to reward our Governor, Asiwaju Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke for his various developmental projects with our votes.

‎Honourable Adeyemi further stressed the need for harmonious coexistence among people of different religious and ethnic backgrounds, adding that the festive season provides an opportunity to strengthen bonds of unity for the progress of Ifelodun Constituency and Osun State at large.
