Tension gripped parts of Kwara State on Thursday following a stern warning from the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, who called on the Federal Government to urgently address alleged terrorist threats against several communities in the state.

Adams raised the alarm after a purported threat letter was reportedly discovered at Ira market, cautioning residents of impending attacks. The letter allegedly targeted Ira, Inaja, Aho, and surrounding communities within Oyun Local Government Area.
