The Osun State chapter of the Accord Party has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, of alleged involvement in a $20 million health grant scandal.
The party made the allegation while reacting to issues surrounding the management of international health funds in the state.

In a statement released by its officials, the party claimed that the funds, which were meant to support health sector programmes and improve medical services in Osun State, were allegedly mismanaged.
Accord called on relevant anti-corruption agencies to investigate the matter thoroughly to ensure accountability and transparency.
The party further urged voters in the state to carefully examine the records of all candidates ahead of the forthcoming governorship election, stressing that public office holders must demonstrate integrity and responsible management of public resources. Meanwhile, there has been no official response from Oyebamiji or the APC regarding the allegation at the time of filing this report.
