At a time when citizens are demanding more from government, the manifesto presented by our candidate Rt. Hon. Najeem Salaam offers a clear departure from politics of promises to politics of vision and performance. It is a comprehensive blueprint developed from extensive consultations with stakeholders, professionals, artisans, farmers, youth and women organizations and also, a mode of response to the yearnings of the general public.

The manifesto represents a new social contract between the ADC and the people of Osun State. It was prepared on the principles of transparency, inclusiveness, economic revitalization, social justice, and responsible governance.

Under this agenda, the ADC is committed to rebuilding public confidence in government through prudent management of resources, institutionalization of transparency and accountability in public service and creating a new direction for realistic growth and development of Osun.

Our manifesto prioritizes Workers welfare, Agricultural development, Security, education health, economic expansion through support for small and medium-scale enterprises as well as urban development and utilizing the tourism potentials of Osun.

Recognizing the immense potential of Osun’s youth population, we proposed a comprehensive youth empowerment framework that will drive innovation, entrepreneurship, digital skills development and meaningful participation in governance. Women will equally be given greater opportunities to contribute to leadership and economic development through deliberate inclusion in policies and empowerment programmes.

We further pledged to strengthen the education sector through improved infrastructure, teacher capacity development, technology-driven learning, and policies that guarantee access to quality education for every child. In healthcare, we will focus on expanding access to affordable and efficient medical services, particularly at the grassroots level.

The ADC believes that governance must be driven by competence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to public service. The people of Osun deserve a government that listens, responds, and delivers tangible results across every sector in governance. Our manifesto is therefore not merely a political document but a practical roadmap for building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous state.

We call on citizens, civil society organizations, traditional institutions, the media, and all stakeholders to critically engage with this vision and join hands with us in the collective task of moving Osun State forward.

The future of Osun cannot be entrusted to politics as usual. The time has come for visionary leadership, responsible governance, and a renewed commitment to the welfare of the people and Rt.Hon. Najeem Salaam stands ready to lead that change.

A greater Osun begins where leadership meets compassion and every policy touches lives, not just headlines.
