Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has lashed out at veteran Fuji musician, Saheed Osupa, for taking down his song from streaming platforms over alleged copyright infringement.

He further praised another Fuji icon, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, for allegedly supporting his music, contrasting it with Osupa’s reaction.

“Keep your distance if you can’t embrace me the way Pasuma adopted me like his own child. Osupa is a good man,” he added, in what appeared to be a sarcastic remark.

Meanwhile, Portable has also come under fire from popular content creator, Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, better known as Ijoba Lande, for composing a song about his marital crisis.

Lande had recently accused his estranged wife, Dara, of engaging in multiple affairs, claiming to possess explicit videos of her with other men, including his colleague, Baba Tee.
