The Tanimu Turaki-led faction within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has responded strongly to alleged threats linked to former Rivers State Governor and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.

The camp accused Wike and his allies of attempting to intimidate party members amid the ongoing leadership crisis rocking the opposition party. The response comes as tensions continue to rise between rival factions struggling for control of the PDP structure.
