The All Progressives Congress (APC) has declared that there will be no automatic tickets for Governors Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, Agbu Kefas of Taraba State, and other serving governors ahead of future elections.
According to the party’s national leadership, any governor or political office holder seeking to contest on the APC platform must go through the party’s established nomination and primary election processes, in line with its constitution and internal democratic principles.
