FRSC Boss Commissions New Secretariat Of Ogun Special Marshals

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Special Marshals of Ogun State have commissioned a state-of-the-art secretariat.

The Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, officially opened the secretariat on Wednesday.

According to Mohammed, the structure would provide additional solutions to the problems that the state’s regular and special Marshals have in carrying out their duties.

In order to provide efficient service delivery and staff welfare for the FRSC personnel of Sagamu Unit Command on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, the Corps Marshal also put into operation a structure consisting of three office complexes with contemporary amenities and a canteen, constructed by VPEG Energy and Gas Limited.

He said the two projects were the greatest FRSC had seen to date.

Mohammed stated that the two buildings will give the staff a supportive environment in which to carry out their responsibilities efficiently, and that the initiative held great significance for the FRSC.

After the project was completed, he expressed his happiness and thanked all the people who helped make the idea a reality. He noted that the scheme would increase operating efficiency and commended Special Marshals for their vision.

While expressing gratitude to the special marshals for their selfless efforts, the FRSC boss emphasized the need for greater cooperation and partnership between the FRSC and the general public in order to reduce road traffic crashes. He said that every individual has a crucial role to play in addressing the lawlessness that causes accidents.
