While presiding over the hearing on Tuesday, Justice K. B. Olawoyin set the date.
After a rush in December, Naomi, Fasasi, the principal of Islamic High School in Bashorun, Ibadan, and Hazmat, the owner of the radio station Agidigbo FM in Ibadan, were taken into custody.

The accused’s attorneys had submitted a summons and application for bail to the court.
After hearing the counsels’ submissions and arguments, Justice Olawoyin postponed making a decision on the bail motion until Tuesday, the 13th of 2025.
